1.1 Shipping Coverage
With our courier partners, we ship to any address in Kenya. Orders can only be placed and delivered within Kenya.
1.2 Shipping Cost
In-store Pickup Fee: Free
For orders over KES 20,000, we offer free shipping countrywide.
For orders from KES 19,999 and below – Shipping rate is dependent on product price. See the table below.
At the moment, we do not offer international shipping.

1.3 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed on the same day if ordered before 4 P.M., from Monday to Saturday.
All orders placed after the cutoff will be processed the next business day.

1.5 Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
If you have any tracking queries, our customer support team is ready to assist.
1.6 Order Modification and Cancellation
If any incorrect delivery address has been entered, please contact the support team at customercare@splendidhomeske.co.ke or call 0720058973 to make modifications before the dispatch of the item.
Weekend orders are processed the next business day.
1.7 Delivery Issues
If there is an issue with your delivery, such as a delay, lost package, or incorrect items received, please contact our customer support team at customercare@splendidhomeske.co.ke. We will work quickly to resolve any issues.
1.8 Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address details or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.
1.9 Damaged or Lost Goods
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item. We may request photos of the damaged item to verify the extent of the damage. For lost items, please contact our customer care at customercare@splendidhomeske.co.ke, and we will investigate the issue with the courier.
